THE ME PROJECT COLLECTIVE INC.
(“The ME Project”)

TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket for, registering for, or participating in any workshop, pop-up, private event, or experience hosted by The ME Project Collective Inc. (“The ME Project”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability.

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION & ATTENDANCE

- Tickets and bookings are required in advance to secure participation.
- Workshops and experiences have limited capacity and may sell out.
- Participation is voluntary and guests are responsible for following all instructions provided by The ME Project team during the event.

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- If The ME Project cancels or reschedules an event due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be offered either:a full refund, or the option to transfer to another available event date.

LATE POLICY

- Workshops begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
- Guests arriving significantly late may not be able to fully participate in the guided experience.
- Guests arriving 30+ minutes late may forfeit their spot without refund or rescheduling eligibility in order to preserve the experience for other attendees.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- All materials and tools required for the workshop or experience will be provided unless otherwise stated.
- Final products and creations may vary slightly from promotional images or examples shown.
- Workshop offerings, scent selections, materials, and experience details may vary slightly depending on seasonality, supplier availability, or venue restrictions.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

I hereby agree to indemnify, release, and hold harmless The ME Project Collective Inc., its owners, employees, contractors, venue partners, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, injuries, allergic reactions, illnesses, expenses, or actions arising from participation (by myself and/or participating minor) in any workshop, class, event, or experience hosted by The ME Project.

This includes participation both on and off event premises, regardless of whether injuries or damages are caused by negligence.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I acknowledge that participation in workshops and experiences may involve inherent risks including, but not limited to:

- fragrance exposure,
- skin sensitivities or allergic reactions,
- handling workshop tools or materials,
- hot materials or equipment,
- slips, trips, falls, or accidental injury,
- and the use of products created during the event.

I voluntarily assume all associated risks connected to participation.

FRAGRANCE & MATERIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I acknowledge that fragrance oils, cosmetic ingredients, candles, home fragrance products, and other workshop materials may cause sensitivities, allergic reactions, or irritation in some individuals.

I understand that:

- participation is voluntary,
- I am responsible for disclosing any known allergies or sensitivities,
- and I participate at my own discretion and risk.

I hereby release The ME Project from any liability related to allergic reactions, skin irritation, sensitivities, or medical conditions arising during or after participation.

MEDICAL ATTENTION

In the event medical attention becomes necessary for myself and/or a participating minor during or after participation in a workshop or event, I acknowledge and agree that The ME Project shall not be held liable for any resulting condition, treatment, expense, or outcome.

PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT

The ME Project reserves the right to capture and use photos, videos, and other media taken during workshops, classes, pop-ups, and events for marketing, promotional materials, website content, and social media.

By attending, I grant permission for my image and/or likeness (and that of any participating minor under my supervision) to be used without further consent, notification, or compensation.

If I do not wish to appear in photo or video content, I understand it is my responsibility to notify The ME Project prior to the start of the event.

MINOR PARTICIPATION

I acknowledge full responsibility for any participating minor attending under my supervision.

I agree to appropriately supervise participating minors throughout the duration of the event and accept all associated risks on their behalf.

ALCOHOL

If alcohol is present or permitted during a workshop or event, I acknowledge that:

- I am of legal drinking age in the applicable jurisdiction,
- I will consume alcohol responsibly,
- and I do so entirely at my own risk.

The ME Project does not provide alcohol unless explicitly stated.

For approved BYOB (“Bring Your Own Bottle”) events:

- participants remain fully responsible for their own alcohol consumption and transportation arrangements,
- and The ME Project reserves the right to refuse participation or remove attendees displaying unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By purchasing a ticket, registering for, or participating in any workshop or experience hosted by The ME Project, I confirm that:

- I have reviewed and understood these Terms & Conditions and Waiver of Liability,
- I voluntarily assume all associated risks,
- and I agree to release, waive, discharge, defend, and hold harmless The ME Project Collective Inc. and its representatives from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or actions arising from participation in any workshop, event, products created, or use of equipment/materials provided.

I further acknowledge responsibility for the safe handling, transportation, and use of any products created during the workshop or event.
