Refund policy

The ME Project does not accept returns or refunds unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. Exchanges are only accepted on a case-by-case basis and within 14 days from receiving your order. If there is an issue with your product, please fill out our contact form or email us at info@themeproject.ca with your order number, details of the product and defect, including photographic proof of damage; our team will look into it, and we will contact you within 2-3 business days for further steps.

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable and we are not liable for customs duty or taxes that may be imposed upon receiving your order. The customer is fully liable for these costs. If there is an issue with your order and/or it arrives damaged, please email us at info@themeproject.ca with your order number and photos of damaged order.
